Microwave or oven bake from fresh or frozen. Refer to pack instructions. Packaging is suitable for microwave cooking - microwave instructions refer to 850W machine and we recommend the packaging is pierced before cooking. Please refer to manufacturers instructions for other wattage microwave cookers. Packaging must be removed for oven cooking. Also suitable for 'boil in the bag'.
