Serving Suggestion:
Coat the fillets on both sides with plain flour. Fry in hot butter on both sides until golden and crisp, remove and keep warm. Add salt and pepper to the pan and heat through until butter is nut brown. Add juice of half a lemon and 1 tsp chopped parsley, pour over the trout and serve.
