Usually 4 chunky steaks per kilo; a great product if you don't mind the skin and bones.

Our fresh farmed salmon is supplied with a deep colour and lovely distinct flavour. This product cannot be boned as the bone runs straight through the middle of the steak.

Use by (fresh): 3-4 days @ 5degreesC

Use by (frozen): Upto 2 months

Serving Suggestion:
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190°C.375°F/ Gas mark 5 with butter and a sprinkling of herbs. Serve with Regal's Sorrel Sauce.
