Farmed in the clean, clear environment of Scotland; our salmon is supplied with a deep colour and distinct flavour.

Superior grade, thick salmon fillets supplied ready for you to portion. May be some bones remaining but you'll find these really easy to remove by running your finger along the centre of the fillet and removing the upright bones with tweezers.

Serving Suggestion:
Grill for 6-8 minutes and serve with Hollandaise sauce and a selection of steamed vegetables. To cook a side of salmon we recommend that it is wrapped in foil adding lemon slicesand/or herbs such as tarrgon or dill and baked at 220°C for around 15 mins for a 1-1.5Kg piece. Leave to stand in the foil for 5-10 minutes to complete the cooking. The cooked salmon should appear opaque and customers with meat thermometers can check the temperature of the flesh - it should be around 55°C to 65°C.
