Farmed in the clean, clear environment of Scotland or Norway; our superior grade salmon is supplied with a deep colour and distinct flavour.

Top quality, thick salmon fillets supplied ready for you to portion. Please note that whilst every effort will be made to ensure the fillet is bone free, some may remain, but you should find these really easy to remove by running your finger along the centre of the fillet and pulling out any upright bones.
