Excellent quality individually quick-frozen plaice fillets.

Excellent quality and many customers prefer their delicious taste to fresh. These fillets are supplied skin on and boned but please note that they may have some minor bones present. These are an excellent alternative when fresh is not in season.

Ingredients:
Boned Plaice Fillets (skin on)- (80%) with protective ice glaze

Serving Suggestion:
Defrost the number of fillets as required and place in a shallow dish in a single layer. Melt 25g butter in a pan, stir in 3tbsp flour, cook gently for 1 min, stirring. Remove from heat, stir in 300ml milk & bring to boil until sauce thickens, add 75g of crumbled Stilton. Whisk until smooth. Pour over the fish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 mins.
