Don't be fooled by the dull flesh of coley - it cooks up as good as cod and need not be limited to pies and pampered pets.

These fillets boast a chunky flesh and are slightly darker in colour than cod which turns whiter when cooked. In the event of Fresh Coley not being available on the day of your delivery you will be offered Frozen Boned Coley Fillets as an alternative - please state at time of order if this will not be acceptable.

Serving Suggestion:
Bake in a curry sauce in the oven @ 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4 for 15-20 mins and serve with boiled rice.
