Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, this sought after fish has a wonderful meaty taste and texture.

Nothing like tinned tuna, this product is supplied in thick, bone free portions. Pricey due to product having to be flown over to the UK.

Use by (fresh): 2-3 days @ 5°C

Use by (frozen): Upto 2 months

Serving Suggestion:
Mix 1/3 cup sherry, 1tbsp minced ginger, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp honey, and 2tsp chopped garlic and microwave for 1 min on high, allow to cool. Place 2 tuna steaks in a shallow dish, pour over mixture and leave for 2 hours. Grill for 3-4 mins each side basting with the marinade.
