A mild tasting, economically priced white fish from New Zealand. This responsibly sourced fish lends itself to a variety of cooking methods and is perfect for simple pan frying and making goujons.

Delicate flavoured fillets of skinless and boneless Oreo from New Zealand. Known as Black Oreo Dory in New Zealand, this white fish has a medium to firm, quite dense texture and its mild flavour can take punchy flavours such as garlic, chilli and coriander - try some of our simple but delicious recipes.

Serving Suggestion:
Suitable for a variety of cooking methods - shallow/deep fry, microwave, bake, steam, stir fry. We recommend dusting the defrosted fillets in seasoned flour and gently pan frying in butter until crispy and golden or try cutting the fillets into goujons, dipping into flour seasoned with chilli flakes then into beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden and cooked through and serve with a sweet chilli dip.
