Tilapia with Pesto
Ingredients:
- 4 Regal Tilapia Fillets, fresh or defrosted
- Ready Made Pesto
- 1-2 large Tomatoes, ½ inch sliced
- 4 Mozzarella Slices
Method:
- Arrange fish in a baking dish or pan.
- Spoon pesto over each fillet. Place the slices of tomato on top of each fillet, followed by 2 slices of Mozzarella.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serves 2
