Tilapia with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 x Regal Tilapia Fillets, fresh or defrosted, skinned
  • 2 tbsps Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pinch of dried parsley
  • Pinch of Paprika

Method:

  1. In saucepan, combine the butter, garlic, pepper, salt, parsley and paprika.
  2. Heat over low heat until butter is melted and starts simmering.  Remove from heat.
  3. Brush a little of the butter mixture in the bottom of a shallow baking dish (line baking dish with foil, if desired) then place the tilapia fillets on top.
  4. Brush each tilapia fillet with the seasoned butter mixture.
  5. Bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
