Spicy Catfish
Ingredients:
- 700g Regal Catfish Fillets, fresh or defrosted
- 4 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- 4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Plain Flour
Ingredients:
1) Skin and bone the fillets and cut into small thin pieces.
2) Mix together the hot sauce with the mustard and dip strips into this mixture. Leave to marinate for 2 - 4 hours.
3) Dip in plain flour and fry in hot oil until brown.
