Seasoned Haddock
Ingredients:
- 2 x Meal sized portions of Regal Boned Haddock Fillet, fresh or defrosted
- 1 Onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsps Lemon Juice
Method:
1) Place onion slices in lightly greased baking dish.
2) Brush fillets with oil, coat with sesame seeds and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
3) Place on top of onions, sprinkle with lemon juice and bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes or until done.
Serves 2
