Nice & Easy Monkfish

Ingredients:

  • 4 x Regal Monkfish Fillets, fresh or defrosted
  • 40g of Butter, melted
  • ½tsp Paprika
  • ¼tsp Salt
  • ¼tsp Black Pepper
  • 2tbsps Plain Breadcrumbs

Method:

1) Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, combine the butter, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well.

2) Place the fish on a baking sheet and brush evenly with the butter mixture. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs onto the fish fillets and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

3) Serve immediately with vegetables of your choosing.
