Nice & Easy Monkfish
- 4 x Regal Monkfish Fillets, fresh or defrosted
- 40g of Butter, melted
- ½tsp Paprika
- ¼tsp Salt
- ¼tsp Black Pepper
- 2tbsps Plain Breadcrumbs
1) Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, combine the butter, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well.
2) Place the fish on a baking sheet and brush evenly with the butter mixture. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs onto the fish fillets and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
3) Serve immediately with vegetables of your choosing.
