Lemon Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • 8 x Regal Tilapia Fillets, defrosted
  • 4 tsps butter, softened
  • 2 tsps fresh Lemon Juice

Lemon Parmesan Sauce

  • 204ml Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps fresh Lemon Juice
  • 120g Parmesan Cheese, grated

 

  • Lemon Slices
  • Fresh Parsley

Method:

  1. Make the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, lemon juice and Parmesan and mix until well blended.
  2. Rinse the tilapia fillets in cold water and drain thoroughly. Top with the butter and lemon juice.
  3. Grill about 4 inches from the source of heat for approximately 5 to 6 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  4. Top each portion with 1-2 tbsps of the lemon-parmesan sauce, grill for 2-3 minutes or until sauce puffs and turns golden brown.
  5. Place 2 fillets on 4 serving plates; garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
