Haddock Rarebit

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 150g (approx.) Regal Haddock Loins, fresh or defrosted
  • Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • Dash of Worcester Sauce

Method:

  • Grease the grill pan with a little butter and lay the fish on it skin side down.
  • Mix the cheese with a dash or two of Worcester sauce (to taste) and spoon over the fish.
  • Grill under a medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
