- 2 x 150g (approx.) Regal Haddock Loins, fresh or defrosted
- Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Dash of Worcester Sauce
- Grease the grill pan with a little butter and lay the fish on it skin side down.
- Mix the cheese with a dash or two of Worcester sauce (to taste) and spoon over the fish.
- Grill under a medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
