Cod and Prawn Pasta
Ingredients
- 454g (1lb) Regal Skinned & Boned Haddock or Cod Fillets, fresh or defrosted
- 115g (4oz) Regal Superior Prawns, defrosted
- 1 x 15ml spoon (1 tbsp) Vegetable Oil
- 4 Spring Onions, sliced
- 145g (5oz) Mushrooms, sliced
- 400g(16oz) Jar White Wine and Mushroom Sauce or similar
- 455g (1 lb) Fresh Pasta, cooked
- Salt and black pepper
- 15ml spoon (1 tbsp) Fresh parsley, chopped
Method
1) Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion and mushrooms for 1 minute.
2) Add the sauce and bring to the boil. Cube the fish and gently stir into the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
3) Add the pasta, seasoning and prawns, warm through and sprinkle with the parsley.
4) Serve with crusty bread and salad.
