Baked Haddock
Ingredients:
- 2 x Regal Boned Cod or Haddock Fillet, fresh or defrosted
- 100g Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 100ml Mayonnaise
Method:
- Place the fillets in a greased, foil lined pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard and spread over the fish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mayo mix and sprinkle with Paprika.
- Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
