Smokie Grill
Ingredients:
- 2 Regal Smokies, skin and bones removed
- 2 Tomatoes, skin and seeds removed
- Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Double Cream
- Black epper
Method:
- Place a layer of smokie meat in the base of small, shallow ovenproof bowl.
- Add a good covering of the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle over the tomato flesh.
- Pour over the cream (about enough to cover the mix).
- Grill for about 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
- Season and serve immediately.
