Smoked Salmon Fettuccine
Ingredients:
- 227g Regal Smoked Salmon, cut into strips
- 100g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 100ml Milk
- Handful of Peas, cooked
- 1 large Onion, finely sliced
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1tsp fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 50g Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- Fettuccine, cooked
Method:
1) Combine cream cheese and milk in a saucepan and heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.
2) Stir in smoked salmon, peas, onion, lemon juice and dill. Cook to heat through.
3) Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheese.
4) Toss sauce with pasta. Serve immediately.
