Smoked Fish with Tortellini

Ingredients:

  • 454g Regal Smoked Haddock or Cod Fillets, fresh or defrosted, skinned
  • 250g pack Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini
  • 290g jar Carbonara Sauce
  • Black Pepper

Methods:

1) Cook the tortellini according to the packet instructions.

2) Gently heat the sauce in a pan, cube the fish and add to the sauce; cook for 4-6 minutes.

3) Drain the tortellini and add to the sauce and fish mixture.

4) Season and serve with salad and crusty bread.
