Oriental Oven-baked Smoked Basa
Ingredients:
- 2 x Regal Smoked Basa, defrosted
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
- Splash of Soy Sauce
- Sprinkling of Five Spice
- Olive Oil
- Coriander, chopped
- Black Pepper
Method:
1) Fry the ginger, chilli, soy sauce, lime juice and five spice in a little olive for about 3 minutes.
2) Place each basa fillet onto a piece of tin foil and pour the olive oil mixture over. Add the coriander, season with pepper and wrap the foil so the fish is sealed.
3) Bake the fish in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
4) Serve in the foil parcels with cous cous or rice and vegetables.
