Hot Smoked Salmon with Stilton & Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200-250g pack Regal Hot Smoked Salmon, flaked
- 300g Pasta, cooked
- 1 large pot single cream
- 150g Stilton or blue cheese of your choosing
- Ground Black Pepper
Method:
2) Simmer for a further 1-2 minutes to thicken, then add the Hot Smoked Salmon and pasta, mix well and warm through.
3) Serve sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper, crisp salad and crusty white bread to mop up the sauce.
