Sweet Potato Wedges
A great alternative to chips and packed full of vitamins; sweet potato 
wedges are the perfect nutritious acco mpaniment to fish.
Pre-heat the oven to about 200°C. Mix about 1 tbsp of oil with ½ tsp paprika, cut the sweet potato in wedges lengthways and coat with the spiced oil. Place on a baking tray and bake for about 40 minutes or until cooked.
