Quick Chinese Noodles
You could stir prawns, scallops or crabmeat into this dish or serve it with plain fish fillets.
Ingredients:
- 225g Rice Noodles, cooked as per instructions
- 1 Spring Onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp’s Vegetable Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tbsp Chilli Sauce or chopped Chilli
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until tender.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and season with soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion.
