Piquant Tomato sauce

This quick tomato based sauce is perfect with cod fishcakes or white fish.

Heat 200ml of passata with 4 tbsps dry white wine, season, remove from the heat source and stir in 4 tbsp's of natural yoghurt - sprinkle with chilli powder and warm through.
