Summer Seafood - Spiced Prawns with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 20 Regal Cooked King Prawns, defrosted
- 1 medium Courgette, thickly sliced
- 1 medium Onion, cut into 8 chunks
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 8 Baby Sweetcorn
- Mixed salad to serve
For the marinade blend the following together:
Method:

Mix the marinade and king prawns together in a bowl, give a good stir so all the prawns are coated. Leave to marinate for 30 mins
- Arrange the vegetables and prawns on skewers. Cook on the BBQ for 5 mins, turning often, until cooked and browned.

Serve on mixed salad leaves.
