Summer Seafood - Crevettes with Maryam Zaira Sauce
Ingredients:
- 500g Regal Crevettes will do 4-6 as a starter (depending on guest!!)
- 200g Mayonnaise
- 50g Harissa
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
Method:
- Mix together the sauce ingredients and put in a bowl suitable for dipping
- Arrange the prawns in a bowl for people to help themselves - peel and dip! Make sure you have plenty of bowls for bits and lots of napkins!!
