Summer Seafood - Butterflied Skewered Crevettes with Garlic Butter
Messy but delicious!!
- 1Kg Regal Crevettes, defrosted
- Garlic Butter
Method:
- Defrost crevettes and split along the underside to form a butterflied prawn.
- Thread onto soaked wooden skewers and brush with garlic butter.
- Cook briefly on the BBQ (remember these are already cooked so just need warming through).
- Brush with more garlic butter and serve.
Serves plenty on the BBQ
