Seafood Italienne

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 454g Regal Seafood Cocktail, defrosted
  • 1 x 15ml spoon (1 tbsp) Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Celery Stick, sliced
  • 4 Spring Onions, sliced
  • 1 x 350g Jar creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 2 x 15ml spoon (2 tbsps) Fresh chopped Basil or Oregano, to garnish

Method:

1) Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the celery and spring onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

2) Add the seafood cocktail and cook for 2 minutes.

3) Stir in the sauce and bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute.

4) Serve on a bed of pasta and garnish with basil or oregano.
