Saucy Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 x Regal Scottish Salmon Steaks, fresh or frozen
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Dehydrated Onion
Method
1) Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish.
2) Mix together the remaining ingredients and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
3) Pour the sauce over the steaks and bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
4) Serve with new potatoes and fresh salad.
