Salmon with Pasta and Spinach
Ingredients:
- 2 x Regal Organic Salmon Fillet Portions, defrosted
- 1 Pack of Spinach
- Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Butter
- Linguine
Method:
1) Blanch spinach in water with a dash of garlic salt and the vegetable oil.
2) Cook linguine according to directions.
3) Bake salmon with butter @ 180°C for 15-20 mins. Cut into bite sized chunks.
4) Drain spinach and toss with the pasta and salmon.
Serve immediately with fresh salad and garlic bread.
