Salmon & Egg Filling
Great for sandwiches, jacket potatoes and salad dressings...
Ingredients:
- 140g Regal Smoked Salmon, chopped
- 12 Eggs, boiled, cooled & chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery, chopped
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- Mayonnaise
- Chopped fresh Dill
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
1) In a bowl, combine eggs, celery, onion, smoked salmon and enough mayonnaise to coat. Season with dill, salt and pepper.
2) Refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve as required.
Serves upto 8
