Pepper Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:
- 800g Regal Boned Salmon Fillet, portioned into 4 equal pieces
- 100ml Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsps Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsps Cracked Black Pepper
Method:
1) Mix together the syrup and soy sauce and add the fillets.
2) Marinate and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours turning the salmon occasionally.
3) Place pepper on a small plate. Remove salmon from marinade and press the top side of each portion into cracked pepper to coat.
4) Grill or BBQ the portions, pepper side up for about 6-8 minutes.
Serve immediately on warmed plates.
