Glazed Salmon Fillets
Ingredients:
- 600g Regal Boned Salmon Fillets, fresh or defrosted
- 80ml Soy Sauce
- 75g Brown Sugar
- 80ml Water
- 60ml Vegetable Oil
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
1) Cut the salmon into 4 equal portions and season with the pepper, garlic powder and salt.
2) In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetable oil until sugar dissolves. Marinate the fillets in this mixture, turn to coat and marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
3) Light BBQ or preheat the grill.
4) Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
