Lemon Spiced Fish Steaks
Ingredients:
- 4 x Regal Halibut, Cod or Haddock Steaks, fresh or defrosted
- 100ml fat free Italian Dressing
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Method:
1) Place the fish steaks in a shallow microwave dish.
2) Combine remaining ingredients in a cup and pour over the halibut steaks. Cover dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once to let marinade flavour both sides of halibut.
3) Turn back one corner of the plastic wrap to vent dish and microwave on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes.
4) Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
