Grilled Halibut
Ingredients
- 2 x 150-200g Regal Halibut Fillet portions, fresh or defrosted
- 100ml Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 50g Brown Sugar
- 1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1tsp Mustard
Method:
1) Combine ingredients in a large shallow dish and add the halibut fillets.
2) Cover and let stand in the fridge for 2 hours turning occasionally.
3) Heat grill to a medium temp.
4) Grill fillets for 8-10 minutes, basting with marinade frequently.
5) Serve with fresh vegetables.
