Dover Sole Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1Kg Regal Dover Sole, quartered, fresh or defrosted
- 200g Regal Superior Prawns, defrosted
- 1 can ready prepared Prawn Soup or Bisque
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsps Dry White Wine
- Salt & Pepper
Method:
1) Lay the dover sole in an ovenproof dish.
2) Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sole.
3) Bake for 40 minutes at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.
4) Serve with seasonal vegetables.
