Tuna Parcels
Ingredients:
- 1 x Regal Tuna Steak, defrosted
- 75g Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
- 4 Tortillas
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Jar of Tomato Salsa
- Jar of Guacamole
Method:
1) Grill the tuna steak under a medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side.
2) Flake the tuna and add to a mixing bowl along with the cheese and parsley and season.
3) Place spoonfuls of the mixture into the centre of the tortillas and wrap like a parcel.
4) Heat 1cm of oil in a frying pan, add the tortilla parcels and cook for 1 minute each side. Drain and serve with guacamole, salsa and salad.
