Taste of Vietnam - Marinated Tuna with Lemongrass
Ingredients
- 400g Regal Fresh Tuna Loin
- 2 Red Shallots, finely chopped
Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsps Light Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsps Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Method
- Slice the tuna loin as thinly as possible into strips and arrange onto a shallow serving dish.
- Sprinkle with the shallots and mint leaves.
- Make the vinaigrette by mixing together the soy, sugar, lime and lemongrass until the sugar dissolves – pour over the tuna.
- Leave to stand for 15-20 minutes, then serve garnished with mint leaves.
