Tandoori SwordFish
Ingredients:
- 2 x Regal Sword Fish Steaks, defrosted
- 2 tsp of Mr Hudda's Tandoori Paste (or one of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
- Coriander
Method:
1. Mix together the paste and yoghurt in shallow dish, marinate the fish in the sauce for 2-3 hours (covered in the fridge)
2. Cook for 4 mins each side on a hot BBQ, basting with the remaining sauce.
3. Serve with salad, lemon, and a mint and tamarind yoghurt sauce Serves 2
Important note – wear disposable gloves when mixing the fish with the marinade, the stuff stains your skin!!!!
(You could also try this recipe with our raw king prawns, but skewer and then cook on the BBQ)
