Oreo with Parma Ham and Pesto

Defrost the Regal Oreo Fillets (allowing 2 per person).
Spread with ready-made pesto and wrap each fillet in a slice of Parma ham.
Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and bake for approximately 10 minutes @180°C – the fish is cooked when it appears opaque and flaky.
Serve with oven-roasted vegetables.
