Swordfish Teriyaki (A favourite with Regal Staff!)
- This recipe can be used for any firm fish such as Tuna or Swordfish and also works well with Salmon.
- Slice the fish into fingers and marinate for 30 minutes in either a ready prepared Teriyaki sauce or make your own with Soy Sauce, Mirin (substitute sake or white wine but add extra sugar), sugar or honey adding crushed garlic and grated fresh ginger to taste.
- Stir fry the strips until cooked through and serve with rice and stir fry vegetables.
