Tuna Loin with Black Pepper & Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 x Regal Tuna Loin Steaks, fresh or defrosted
- 200ml double cream
- 1 tsp brandy
- Black peppercorns
Method:
1) Sear the tuna steaks in a griddle pan for 3-4 minutes each side.
2) Grind up the black peppers and sprinkle onto the tuna in the griddle pan.
3) Add the double cream and brandy and warm through.
4) Serve with mange tout, courgette and asparagus spears.
Serves: 2
