Smoked Salmon Pate
Ingredients:
- 100g Regal Smoked Salmon, finely chopped
- 1 Tub Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Horseradish Sauce
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice, to taste
- 2 tsps Onion, finely chopped
- Fresh Parsley Sprigs
Method:
1) Blend all the ingredients together using a hand blender or food processor until smooth.
2) Transfer into 2 ramekins of small bowls, cover and chill until needed.
3) Garnish with thin strips of smoked salmon and parsley sprigs prior to serving.Serve on a small plate with side salad and melba toasts.
Serves 2 as a starter
