Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients:
- 100g Regal Smoked Salmon, chopped
- 100g Cottage Cheese
- 100ml Sour Cream
- 100ml Natural Yoghurt
- 1-2 tsps of Horseradish Sauce, to taste
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice (optional)
Method:
1) In large bowl, combine all the ingredients other than the smoked salmon. Blend until smooth. Add the smoked salmon last, stir through and blend lightly to the desired texture.
2) Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
3) Serve dip with crackers, cheese and raw vegetables.
