Layered Prawn Dip
- 200g Regal Superior Prawns, defrosted
- 60ml Mayonnaise
- 280ml Prawn Cocktail Sauce
- 220g Cream Cheese, softened
- 115ml Sour Cream
- 225g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped
- 3 Spring Onions, chopped
- Handful Cherry Tomatos, quartered
- 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
1) Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise together.
2) Spread the mixture into the bottom of flat bottomed bowl.
3) Sprinkle the prawns on top of the cream cheese mixture; pour the seafood cocktail sauce over the prawns.
4) Sprinkle with the cheese, chopped pepper, green onions and tomatoes to finish.
5) Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips.
