Tuna Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 2 x Regal Frozen Tuna Loin Steaks, defrosted
- Good quality Olive Oil
- 454g (1lb) Cherry Tomatoes or firm Button Mushrooms
- Bay Leaves
- Pinch of Salt
- Freshly ground Black Pepper
Method:
1) Cut tuna into 2.5cm cubes.
2) Thread the cubes of tuna onto six skewers, alternating with cherry tomatoes/mushrooms and bay leaves.
3) Season with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil and BBQ for 10 minutes, turning and basting with oil to ensure even cooking.
