Taste of Japan - Spicy Barbecued Tuna
Ingredients:
- 4 x Regal Tuna Steaks, fresh or defrosted
- 4 tbsps Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsps Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsps Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
Method:
1) Mix together the soy, vinegar, chilli sauce and brown sugar. Place the tuna in a shallow bowl and pour the mixture over, turn to coat. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes but the longer the better!
2) Barbecue or grill the tuna for about 5-7 minutes depending upon “medium, rare or well done” preference, turning halfway through cooking.
3) Serve with rice and salad
