Sticky Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 800g Regal Boned Salmon Fillet, fresh or defrosted
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Onion, minced
  • 1tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Mustard
  • Salt to taste


Method:

  1. Cut the salmon fillet in four equal pieces
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients, heat gently in a saucepan and pour over the salmon.
  3. Place on a baking tray on a barbecue and cook on one side only for about 8-10 minutes.

 

Serves 4
