Sticky Salmon Fillets
Ingredients:
- 800g Regal Boned Salmon Fillet, fresh or defrosted
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Onion, minced
- 1tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the salmon fillet in four equal pieces
- Mix together the remaining ingredients, heat gently in a saucepan and pour over the salmon.
- Place on a baking tray on a barbecue and cook on one side only for about 8-10 minutes.
